TO CONTACT US: The best method
of communicating with us regarding DVD orders is by email at support@rawloads.net.
This email account is checked daily. Ordering online using our
online shopping cart is currently the only way to order our product.

REFUNDS
AND RETURNS: You may request a refund
or credit in writing by e-mailing support@rawloads.net.
Be sure to include your approval or
transaction information (given when your order was
approved) and any other pertinent information. Refunds
may not appear on your credit card statement until
the NEXT billing cycle (this could take 30 days or
more). Any returns must be authorized and received
before a refund or credit will be issued. We will
notify you within 72 hours after receipt of your
request. In no event are shipping and handling charges
refundable.
All
returns must be properly authorized. Damaged or defective
videos are allowed for return and will be replaced.
Please retain original packaging and all damaged contents.
Some shipping carriers may wish to inspect if a claim
is made. When the mistake is ours, mis-shipped (wrong)
orders are also allowed for return and will be exchanged.
You must notify us immediately for damaged, defective
or mistaken order fulfillment. We will inform you
what you will need to do. All return authorization
requests must be written and should be e-mailed to
support@rawloads.net. Lost orders will
be replaced if we're notified within 15 days of order
date. Should an order be refused or unclaimed, the
customer will be expected to pay all shipping and
handling fees. |
